Franklinville Road LLC - Release of Liability Form

In exchange for participation in a Franklinville Road LLC event, a luxury picnic, and/or use of Franklinville Road LLC property on the date of ___________ I ____________ agree for myself and (if applicable) members of my party to the following:

1. Fees: I agree to pay in full for any and all damages to the property of Franklinville Road LLC caused by any negligent or willful action by me, family or friends. 

2. Agreement to follow directions: I agree to observe this form as legal binding. I agree to return Franklinville Road LLC property in the same condition as it was provided to me. 

3. Assumption of Risks: I recognize that there are certain risks associated with participating in an event and consuming alcohol and I assume full responsibility (for myself and members of my party) of injury, and injury from consuming alcohol and driving. If any items return broken, damaged, or lost, I will replace them.

4. Cancellation Policy: You and/or the client is/are able to cancel no later than 10 days before the event date. Cancellation will not be accepted within the 10 days prior, you may only reschedule. Cancelling causes you to forfeit your deposit. If you’ve booked within 2 weeks of your picnic date then you are unable to cancel but only reschedule.

5. Deposit: There is a $50 non refundable deposit that is due upon booking and goes towards your picnic package. The Final Payment will be due 1 week prior to your scheduled picnic date.

6. Rescheduling Policy: You are able to reschedule for any reason up to 2 days before the event or switch locations which would be the date of ___________.

7. Inclement Weather: An event may need to be rescheduled by Franklinville Road LLC up to the day of the event due to inclement weather. Inclement weather includes (but not limited to) rain, storms, high winds more than 10 MPH, lightning, and thunder.

8. Add Ons: If any food is purchased and you reschedule but the food is already made/bought then it will have to be purchased again as it cannot be used. Food is purchased/ordered 3-5 days before the event.
